EnternetAdvantage is a program designed by COMPACT 2 Technologies that allows Real Estate Companies and Agents to use the Internet to create a Virtual Office Website. Our VOW solution utilizes IDX listing information which is within all NAR guidelines.

EnternetAdvantage gives you control over your site via an online administrative area that allows you to flag your listings as featured listings, flag foreclosure listings, flag new construction listings by builder, add additional descriptive information to your listings, add virtual tour flags, add vacant listings flag, flag biddable properties and more.

Consumers may become registered site visitors which allows them to save searches, be notified on new listings that meet their search requirements, schedule appointments, and submit bids on selected properties. In order to schedule appointments or bid on property, the relationship between the consumer and the firm/agent will be established with appropriate agency disclosures -- the web visitor will now become a "client" represented by the VOW firm/agent.
